Nathan Adkinson is a native to Forsyth County. He received his BA from Wake Forest and a JD from Mercer University. Mr. Adkinson is co-founder and CEO of Winston Salem's very own and beloved Village Juice & Kitchen (VJK). As a board member of IRDI, Mr Adkinson fills our organization's Restaurant Supported Agriculture (RSA) representative member role. As a founding member of Triad Farmers Network's RSA initiative, Mr. Adkinson and his company VJK assist in the strategic development and growth of Renew Forsyth's unique community-impact model called the Story of the Plate by linking their consumers to the growing regenerative supply-chain that is taking shape across the city. VJK is specifically focusing on linking bionutrient food to their established markets.
